Our content is provided for general education and interview preparation. It is not a substitute for advice tailored to your systems, employer, or circumstances.
We aim to provide useful, accurate information, but technologies and recommended practices change. We do not guarantee that every example is complete, current, or suitable for your environment.
Test commands, code, and configuration changes in a safe environment before using them in production. Obtain any necessary permission and take appropriate backup and security precautions.
Our guides do not guarantee a job, interview result, certification, promotion, or salary outcome.
You may read our public content and use our guides for your personal learning and reference.
You must not:
Resell, redistribute, publicly upload, or share copies of our guides without written permission.
Share purchased download links or account access with others.
Misrepresent our content as your own.
Use our services unlawfully or attempt to compromise their security.
You may share links to public articles and quote brief excerpts with attribution, subject to applicable copyright law. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and licences.
Paid guides are offered through Topmate. The product description, price, included files, and delivery information shown at purchase form part of the offer.
For our downloadable guides, lifetime access means you may download and keep the purchased guide for your personal use indefinitely.
It does not mean indefinite hosting on Topmate or another platform. It also does not include future products, guaranteed updates, or ongoing personal support unless expressly stated on the product page.
Download and securely retain your purchased files. If you cannot access the files supplied with your purchase, contact us with your order details.
Topmate and its payment providers handle checkout and payment processing. Their applicable platform terms also govern your use of their services.
Refund requests are assessed under the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable refund process, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Digital-product purchases may be non-refundable once accessed, except where applicable terms or law provide otherwise.
If a product is not delivered, cannot be accessed, or materially differs from its description, contact [email protected] and use support process where necessary.
We do not offer an additional satisfaction guarantee unless it is expressly stated on the product page. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
If you post a comment, you are responsible for its content. Do not publish confidential information, unlawful material, harassment, spam, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
We may moderate or remove comments that breach these requirements. Posting a comment permits us to display it in connection with the relevant discussion; it does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
We may link to external resources and include identified sponsor or partner placements. External services have their own terms and policies.
A reference to a company, product, or employer does not imply its endorsement of Uptime Engineer. Evaluate external products and claims before relying on them.
Free content and website features may change or become unavailable. Changes will not remove rights already granted to buyers to keep and personally use their purchased guides.
To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or a particular result from using our materials. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will receive notice where required and will not retrospectively reduce purchased rights without a lawful basis.
These Terms are governed by Indian law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply in your country. Nothing prevents you from using a court, regulator, or dispute process available to you under applicable law.
